A new series of 80s robot cartoon series is coming to Netflix.
The series is set in the late 1990s and it follows the adventures of a young robot named “Robot” who is working for the US government.
It stars former Disney animator and director Rob Long and it stars “The Simpsons” and “Family Guy” creator Seth MacFarlane.
The first episode of the series is expected to debut on August 11, 2018, with subsequent episodes expected to be available on the streaming service on a weekly basis.
The new series follows a robot named Robot who comes to Earth in a small spaceship and travels around the world.
He is tasked with saving humans from an alien race called the “Elysium” and the robot is tasked to find and kill them.
It’s also expected to follow the story of a teenage robot named Kaito, who wants to become the robot that can save the human race.
The show is being produced by a group of artists, animators, writers, directors, producers and other people who have worked on shows like “Battlestar Galactica,” “The Jetsons” and many other popular shows.
The cast includes Chris Laidlaw, Robert Singer, Adam Reed, Dan Aykroyd, Chris O’Dowd, and more.
Netflix said the new series will be produced by the studio behind the popular animated series “Family Feud” and it will be overseen by the company’s executive producer and president Ted Sarandos.
The show is not produced by Disney Animation.
Netflix announced the series last month.
